The Elan SoundBakary is an 4Ω -8Ω-16Ω impedance device.

Be sure to connect its AMP IN input to the appropriate output on your amplifier to prevent damage. Mismatching impedance may cause damage to your amplifier. The maximum power rating of the Elan SoundBakary is 100W.

Do not connect the Elan SoundBakary to any amplifier with a power rating greater than 100W, as this may cause damage to the Elan SoundBakary and/or your amplifier.

Elan SoundBakary Load Box represents the pinnacle of cabinet imaging technology for use on stage or in your studio – allowing you to use your favorite tube amplifier without a cabinet connection. The Load of the Elan SoundBakary  provides 4-8-16Ω impedance (100 watts maximum) while outputting a balanced and unbalanced line signal.

It’s important to note that the Elan SoundBakary does not simulate the characteristic sound of a cab, but rather allows you to connect your amp to your sound card. The simulation itself is done by routing your amp’s signal through speaker simulation hardware such as that found in DAW products or various software, such as QBASE ^tm and other

The Elan SoundBakary features a Speaker Thru output so you can connect a real cab while feeding a line signal to your sound card or external cab simulation software. The volume switch transmits the resonance of the load.
